If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

To use our Site and make purchases, you must:

• Be a resident of India or an eligible country we ship to.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information.
• Not be barred from receiving our products or services under applicable law.

We strive to display product colours, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and screens, we cannot guarantee exact colour representation.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional or discounted prices are valid only for the stated period and may be subject to stock availability.

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability or stock constraints.
• Errors in product description or price.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass payment verification.

We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All card transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Naadi does not store your full card details on our servers.

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, natural events, or courier delays. Naadi is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, product designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Naadi India Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the state of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
